Before starting the scan, we need to do some preparation:

• Remove excess saliva from denture.
• Start on the occlusal surface of denture teeth.
• Disable AI function to make sure palate can be captured.
• Keep scan tip about 1cm away from denture to capture more area.
• If necessary, adjust scan depth to Deep to allow more area to be captured.
